Job profile- Nurses
To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
To ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical policies and procedures.
To promote patient safety, privacy, dignity, confidentiality at all times.
To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient care or treatment is recorded accurately at the time the care was delivered.
To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.
To maintain close liaison with other healthcare professional as appropriate.
To participate in any quality assurance programmes.
Selection Process:
Subject to Apollo Home Healthcare Limited internal selection process /physical fitness as per role requirements.
ANM – Personal clinical & HR Interview
GDA – Personal clinical & HR Interview
GNM/ BSC – Written test, Personal clinical & HR Interview.
Salary Range:
1. ANM- Between Rs.14,000/- to Rs.16,000/- Per month (Cost to the company subject to applicable taxes, PF & ESI, local transport, food and accommodation)
2. GNM- Between Rs.16,500/- to Rs.20,000/-(Cost to the company is subject to applicable taxes, PF & ESI, local transport, food and accommodation).
3. B.Sc Nursing- Between Rs.17,500/- to Rs.25,000/-(Cost to the company is subject to applicable taxes, PF & ESI, local transport, food and accommodation).
4. GDA – – Between Rs.10,500/- to Rs.13,000/-(Cost to the company is subject to applicable taxes, PF & ESI, local transport).
