Not only are we a renowned pan-Indian non-ferrous metal smelting and refining company, we also trade metals in volumes internationally. With businesses and offices across four countries, we have developed assets and strategic infrastructure to support the growing demands of the industry.

Our corporate purpose is to create long-term shareholder value through building an integrated mining-to-metal company. By bringing discovery and acquisition of mineral projects, mining, metallurgy and trading – all under one roof, we’re becoming a self-sustaining industrial ecosystem. In addition, we expand by owning and operating plants and other upstream assets diversified by commodity, geography and market. With increasing demands of critical metals used in the production of aerospace and defense systems, automobiles, batteries, computers and electronic products, the need to tap the rare metals segment is growing at an rapid rate. Seizing these opputunities to develop potential business strategies will be our goal.

We already trade major commodities including Lead and Lead alloys, Aluminium, Magnesium alloys and Copper. We are aiming at a major shift from secondary smelting to primary smelting, including mining for Lead. With updated machinery and advanced technology, we’ll be taking on new endeavours in the field of recovery and refining by venturing more in valuable metals like Antimony and Tin. We see the current turbulent market scenario as an opportunity to expand our portfolio to include metals like Cobalt, Lithium, Tantalum and Tungsten. Capturing this market will be the stepping stone to diversifying and developing potential business strategies for us.
