We are Rampex Labs, a fully cGMP compliant pharmaceutical intermediates plant located in the outskirts of Hyderabad, India. Our company was founded in 2004 with commercial operations starting initially by outsourcing our production. In January 2008, our own production became operational and our journey really began.

From our inception, we have strived to be the best and work with the best. Our client list comprises of some of the leading API producers within India and abroad. We at Rampex strongly believe that commitment to quality and timely deliveries ensure a very smooth working relationship with all our customers. As you can infer from our tag line, we try and simplify the complex. This is only possible if consistent, quality work is put into every objective of the organization.

Rampex has obtained ISO 9001 : 2008 in July 2009 and we have plans to achieve ISO 14000 as well as WHO cGMP in the near future.

Rampex Labs has been built on a 5 acre plot of land in IDA Bollaram which is located approximately 45 min from the business center of Hyderabad. Its location is ideal for its close proximity to the city as well as IDA Bollaram being one of the older established industrial areas possesses much better local infrastructure also.

We have approximately 120 kilolitre Reactor Capacity comprising of Stainless Steel Reactors as well as Glass Lined Reactors. We also have the equipment to enable Hydrogenation as well as High Vacuum Distillation which gives us the flexibility to handle all types of reactions. We also have a full range of pollution handling equipment to ensure we are complying with all the environmental laws of the land.

In October 2014, our company acquired a new production facility located in Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh which is a 1hr plane journey or an overnight train journey from Hyderabad. This facility is built on a 3 acre site within the Pharma City chemical zone located in Parwada area just a 30 minute drive from the Vishakapatnam airport. This facility consists of 2 main production blocks and a Hydrogenation block coupled with an administrative block that also houses the Q.C/Instrumentation lab and process development lab.

One key difference between this facility and the Hyderabad facility Unit-1 is here Rampex has the license to manufacture API�s. Presently Unit-2 is equipped with one suite of clean rooms but we have the provision to add another suite quickly when the need arises.

Since we have the capability of manufacturing API�s, we have commercialized some already, which are mentioned in our Products page and some additional ones are in the pipeline which are also mentioned in the same link.

Moving forward this site will manufacture KSM�s, advanced intermediates as well as some strategic API�s which we feel we are well positioned to manufacture
